Delivery Terms and Conditions

The Buyer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order. If the Buyer does not personally accept the Goods when they are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Seller shall have the right to hand over the Goods to another third party present at the specified address, and the Buyer shall have no right to raise claims against the Seller regarding delivery to an inappropriate person.

The Seller delivers the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the timeframes specified in the online store. Delivery timeframes do not apply in cases where the required Goods are not available in the Seller’s warehouse, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the ordered Goods. By confirming these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the delivery time and other conditions.

Upon delivery of the Goods, the Buyer must, together with the Seller’s representative or courier, inspect the condition of the shipment and the Goods, and sign the delivery–acceptance document. Once the Buyer signs the delivery–acceptance document, it is deemed that the Goods have been delivered in proper condition, without damage not attributable to manufacturing defects, and without discrepancies in the product set (which can be identified during external inspection).

If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the Goods is damaged (crumpled, wet, or otherwise externally damaged), or that the Goods are damaged and/or improperly assembled, the Buyer must indicate this in the delivery–acceptance document in the presence of the courier and draw up a free-form report on the damage and/or discrepancies of the shipment and/or Goods.

If the Buyer fails to take these actions, the Seller shall be released from liability for damage to the Goods where such damage is not due to manufacturing defects, as well as for discrepancies in a product’s set, that could have been identified during external inspection.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Goods are handed over to the Buyer.

Paid orders are delivered in Lithuania within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.
