General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a binding document between the customer of this online store www.orumas.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” or “Customer”) and UAB “Orumas”, company registation code 307000536, address Užusienio g. 77, Vilnius (hereinafter also referred to as the “Seller”). These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions and procedures for concluding purchase and sale agreements, delivery and return of goods, as well as other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in this online store.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood these Terms.
Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
A purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer, after selecting the product(s) (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) in this online store, places an order and pays for it.
By placing and paying for an order, the Buyer confirms that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity, or, if they are a minor, that they have the consent of their guardian, independently dispose of their funds, and have the right to purchase goods and conclude a purchase and sale agreement with the Seller.
Once the purchase and sale agreement is concluded, the assortment of Goods selected by the Buyer, their price, and other terms specified in the order become binding on both the Buyer and the Seller. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the agreement, it shall be terminated and all amounts paid by the Buyer shall be refunded.
By concluding the purchase and sale agreement, the Buyer agrees that an invoice and other information related to the order may be sent to the email address provided in the order. Purchase and sale agreements are registered and stored in the Seller’s database.
All Goods sold on the website are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or otherwise transferred for commercial purposes. Transferring the purchased product into another container, dividing it into parts, or otherwise using it outside its original packaging for resale purposes constitutes a serious violation of the manufacturer’s intellectual property rights and may result in both civil and criminal liability.
If the Seller has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Goods are being purchased not for personal use but for unlawful commercial purposes, the Seller shall have the right to take various actions, including but not limited to refusing to sell the Goods, temporarily suspending the Buyer’s account, or permanently closing it. In all cases, the Seller shall inform the police and the relevant product manufacturer about suspected intellectual property rights infringements.
Payment
The Customer shall pay for the Goods purchased under the order using the payment methods available through the integrated payment systems in this online store.
