Product Quality Guarantee
A quality guarantee is provided for all our products. This guarantee is also referred to as a legal or manufacturer’s warranty. Its validity period may vary: like other conditions, the duration is specified in the product description or together with the invoice issued for the purchased product, which also serves as a warranty document.
The Seller guarantees that the Products offered for purchase in the Seller’s online store are of proper quality:
- they correspond to the product description provided by the Seller and have the same characteristics as the product presented by the Seller as a sample or model when advertising or offering it for purchase in the online store;
- they are suitable for the purposes for which goods of this type are normally used;
- they meet the quality standards that are typical for goods of the same kind and that the Buyer may reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product and any public statements made by the manufacturer, its representative, or the Seller, including advertising and product labeling, regarding specific characteristics of the item.
The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the products displayed in the online store may not correspond in size, shape, color, or other parameters to the actual size, shape, color, or other characteristics of the products due to the features of the Buyer’s display or other technical reasons. When purchasing a product, the Buyer should in all cases rely on the information provided in the description of the specific product in the online store.
The quality guarantee provided by the Seller does not limit or restrict the rights of consumers established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania when purchasing a product or service of inadequate quality.
Which product are not covered by warranty?
When accepting a delivery from a courier, please pay attention to the packaging – if there are any suspicions, unpack it immediately. Any discrepancies must be noted in the delivery acceptance document and, in the presence of the courier or an Orumas representative, a report must be drawn up. If defects or damage are noticed after signing the delivery acceptance document, we cannot assume responsibility for damage to the product or packaging or for incomplete product’s set. In such cases, the quality guarantee will be provided only in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Returns policy
Quality goods purchased by the Buyer (consumer) may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects of non-quality goods shall be eliminated, and non-quality goods shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts.
The Customer have to inform us about the intention to return the Goods by sending an email to: hello@orumas.com.
The Buyer must also attach photos taken by them of the packaging of the returned item (or of the item itself if it was sold without packaging). The Buyer must provide several photos of the item from all sides proving that the packaging (or the item) has not been damaged, opened, or used by the Buyer.
When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
- The returned item must be in its original packaging (this clause does not apply when returning non-quality goods);
- The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
- The item must be unused and must not have lost its commercial appearance (this clause does not apply when returning non-quality goods).
- The Buyer may not exercise the right to return a quality item if its protective film (outer packaging), protective sticker, or other similar protective measure preventing the opening of the bottle, vial, container, or other packaging of the item and/or its use has been removed or damaged.
- Within 14 days, the returned quality item must be of the same set as received by the Buyer. This rule does not apply when returning non-quality goods.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned goods if the return conditions have not been complied with.
In the case of returning quality goods, the Buyer must cover the return costs. Quality goods must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt (this clause does not apply when the item is non-quality – in such a case, returns are carried out within the statutory warranty period).
When the Buyer returns a quality item, the return costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the Buyer by the Seller. If a non-quality item is returned, the return is free of charge for the Buyer – these costs are covered by the Seller.
Upon receiving a damaged item (including breakage), the Buyer must return the damaged item to the Seller, unless the Seller informs that the damaged item does not need to be returned.
Returns and exchanges of goods of suitable quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in transferring the refund for returned goods if the Buyer provides incorrect details necessary for the return.
Refunds for returned goods are made within 10 days from the date the goods are delivered to the warehouse of UAB “Orumas”.
